Concert Poster - Gorillaz

The objective of this project was to pick my favorite band to create a concert poster with a completely different aesthetic. I chose to use 60s aesthetic in Gorillaz, a band that was created in the 90s.

I drew inspiration from the iconic concert posters of legendary 60s artists such as Jimi Hendrix, The Who, and Janis Joplin. To capture the psychedelic essence of that era, I designed a hypnotic background infused with classic 60s neon color combinations, including yellow, blue, and pink. The typography is intentionally fluid and dynamic, creating the illusion of movement in harmony with the swirling background.

The mask and featured silhouette are iconic representations of “Noodle,” a recognizable member of the band. These elements are designed to resonate with fans who are familiar with the group’s distinctive imagery.
